Debbie has been in the hair industry since 1976. She has worked in several salons downtown Baltimore and Towson. Debbie began working at Déjà Vu Salon and Spa over 20 years ago and is continuing to perfect her skill. Debbie specializes in precision haircuts, highlights, and color. Continuing her education, Debbie attends different educational classes to stay updated with the newest techniques and hair trends. She is confident in her skill, and values her client’s requests and opinions.
